Acai & Strawberry Goodness Smoothie Bowl

with KIKI HEALTH Organic Acai Powder

The perfect indulgent breakfast (or dessert!) is a tasty and nourishing Acai Bowl. This bowl of goodness can then be loaded with your favourite toppings such as fruit slices, seeds, nuts, coconut, granola or drizzles of nut butter.

For this recipe we’re using the Kiki Health Organic Acai Powder, which is made from organic, raw acai berries from the Amazon rainforest, freeze-dried to retain
their vital nutrients and flavour. These berries are packed with Vitamin A, Calcium,
Iron, Potassium, and Magnesium. Not only will these delicious bowls fill you up, they’re sure to satisfy any sugar cravings when you’re still trying to stay healthy.


Main Ingredients:
  • 1 banana
  • Half a kiwifruit
  • 1 cup of frozen blueberries or strawberries (or both mixed)
  • 1 cup of coconut or almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of Kiki Health Organic Acai Powder
  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup to sweeten (if desired)
Topping Ideas:
  • Sliced almonds
  • Chia seeds
  • Chopped walnuts or pecans
  • Fresh berries
  • Slices of banana
  • Slices of kiwifruit
  • Maple syrup or honey
  • Almond or peanut butter
Instructions

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend into a smooth texture. Serve in a bowl as a dip for vegetable sticks, crackers or bread, or add a spoonful to your favourite salad or hot meal.
